This past month, I decided to prioritize my fitness routine. I’ve really been enjoying exercising first thing in the morning and starting my day off on the right foot. I have been doing my all-time favorite workouts, but I also branched out and found many new amazing ones! Below you will find a few of my favorites:

Melissa Wood Health:A subscription-based website and app that uses a blend of yoga and pilates to truly transform your body. The videos focus on forming long lean lines, and Melissa’s onscreen presence is calming and positive. She transcends radiance that can be seen in all her workouts and meditations. The moves may look easy, but they really create a burn! Her spicy workouts range anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes, and there’s the option to focus on one area of the body or do a whole-body flow. I’ve been doing her workouts for months now and they have become a staple in my routine.
Sami Clarke: Sami Clarke’s workouts are killer and will definitely make you sweat! She focuses on upper and lower body and pushes you to the limit! Clarke shares her favorite home workouts on YouTube but also hosts numerous live classes on Instagram. Her Instagram is filled with great workouts and healthy tips. I’ve done a number of her live videos and enjoy the special guests and her fun demeanor.
Ali Freie: Ali Freie is a New York based yoga instructor who has recently been posting her classes online. Freie’s yoga sculpts are killer! You will be dripping sweat when you finish this one. You can find her live workouts on her YouTube channel. Her music selections are amazing and totally take you into the zone. My favorites include her Drake themed sculpt and her Kendrick vs. Travis Scott sculpt. Be prepared for her insane ab challenge that comes at the end!
Aubre Winters: Aubre Winter has a range of different workouts that are so fun! Winter dances in most of her workouts, which is not only great cardio but is also extremely fun. She has HIIT workouts, barre sculpt classes, circuit workouts, and much more. Be sure to check out her Instagram for live videos!

Hiking: I’ve been taking daily walks around my neighborhood and hiking quite frequently. I find it very therapeutic. It’s great to go with your friends and family. If you live in LA, there are some really great hiking trails! Here are a few of my favorites!
